摘　　要：军事任职教育院校运用"订单式"人才培养模式,能够充分利用院校和部队的各种教育资源,有效提高人才培养的质量和效益。文章分析了"订单式"人才培养模式的内涵,提出了构建"订单式"培训机制的主要措施,并指出了运用"订单式"人才培养模式应注意的几个问题。The application of ＂order form＂ talents training pattern in the military institute of professional education can make full use of the institute and the army’s educational resources,and can enhance effectively the quality and efficiency of talents training.This paper analyses the connotation of ＂order form＂talents training pattern,and put forward the primary measures of ＂order form＂training mechanism.In the end of the paper,it points out some problems about the application of ＂order form＂talents training pattern.
