水转印原纸生产工艺的优化

摘　　要：水转印原纸的质量是影响水转印纸指标的主要因素。该实验以打浆度、AKD、湿强剂三个因素为变量进行三因素四水平正交实验。实验证明,水转印原纸的最佳工艺条件为:针叶木浆与阔叶木浆配比9:1,打浆度32°SR,AKD用量0.1%,湿强剂用量1.0%。In this paper we discussed the effect of beating degree, AKD and wet strength agent on water transfer paper manufacture. By analysis of the results of orthogonal experiment we concluded that the best conditions of producing non-coated basic paper were： the ratio of softwood pulp to hardwood pulp 9：1; beating degree 32 °SR; the dosage of AKD 0.1%; the application of wet strength agent PPE 1.0 %.
