摘　　要：随着网络世界的飞速发展,对网络群体的研究成为了近年的研究热点。网络群体比起传统群体在心理方面有着规模较大、角色平等、制造舆论、从众复杂、情感舒释、在线去抑制作用等特点。利用网络群体的特点,营造平等意识、宽容胸怀、参与精神和守法习惯,是各级政府以及网民应该追求的。The research of network group has aroused great attention with the rapid development of cyber-world.Compared with traditional groups,network groups have characteristics of larger scales,equality in roles,the moulding of public opinion,the share of emotion and the constraint on line.To raise the awareness of equality,participate,be tolerant and law-abiding,is what the government and the users should pursue.
