摘　　要：完全学分制、大类招生、后勤社会化等举措实施以来,学生在学习和生活方式上发生了很大变化。研究如何建立公寓育人与专业院系育人之间有效的联动机制,创新高校育人模式,实现资源共享,相互协作,加强学生思想政治工作的针对性与有效性,是新形势下思想政治教育的一个新课题。With the implementation of complete credit system,classification enrollment and outsourcing college services,great changes have taken place in university students＇ study and life style.How to establish cooperation mechanism between dorm and schools,realize resources sharing,innovate college educational mode and improve effect of ideological and political work is a new issue of ideological and political education under the situation.
