枸杞菊花冲剂对老年大鼠肝脏和血清CAT活力及MDA含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察枸杞菊花冲剂对老年大鼠肝脏和血清过氧化氢酯(CAT)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,探讨其延缓老年性视力衰退的可能机制。方法:将18～22月龄SD大鼠随机分为老年空白对照组和老年低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。另10只2～3月龄SD大鼠作为青年空白对照组。老年低、中、高剂量组分别以1 g/kg、2 g/kg、4 g/kg[生药/大鼠(体质量)]的剂量灌胃枸杞菊花冲剂,其余组灌胃等量的生理盐水,连续灌胃35天后,检测肝脏和血清的CAT活力及MDA含量。结果:与老年空白对照组相比,青年空白对照组和老年低、中、高剂量组CAT活力明显提高(P<0.01),MDA含量明显降低(P<0.01),其中中剂量组总体效果最佳。结论:枸杞菊花冲剂可提高肝脏和血清的CAT活力,降低MDA含量,其延缓老年性视力衰退的机制可能与清除氧自由基延缓肝脏衰老有关。Objective： To discuss the possible mechanism of GouQi JuHua granules delaying aged vision decline through observing its effects on CAT activity and MDA content in liver and serum of aged SD rats. Method： SD rats aged 18-22 months were randomly divided into four groups： aged blank control group, aged groups of low, medium and high dose with 10 rats in each group. Other 10 SD rats aged 2-3 months were classified into youth blank control group. Aged groups of low, medium and high dose were administered intragastrically with GouQi JuHua granules at a dose of 1 g/kg, 2 g/kg, 4 g/kg （crude drugs/rat body mass） and other groups with same amounts of saline water. CAT activity and MDA content in liver and serum were detected after intragastric administration for 35 days. Result： CAT activity of youth blank control group, aged groups of low, medium and high dose were higher than that of aged blank control group （P〈0.01）, the contents of MDA of these groups were lower than that of aged blank control group （P〈 0.01）, among them total effect of medium dose group was the best. Conclusion： GouQi JuHua granules can improve the activity of CAT and decrease the content of MDA in liver and serum. The mechanism of delaying aged vision decline is associated with eliminating oxygen free radical and slowing down the aging of liver.
