摘  要:以营养液培养的苏柳172(Salix jiangsuensis CL J-172)幼苗为材料,研究了它在7个不同浓度菲胁迫下生理指标的变化.结果显示:①菲胁迫下,苏柳172幼苗的外表长势无明显变化,叶片中的SOD、叶绿素、MDA、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白均在菲的低浓度下表现出较低的活性或含量,中高浓度下与对照相比无明显变化.②苏柳172幼苗的根系活力随着菲浓度的升高逐渐降低.研究表明:在不同菲浓度的胁迫下,苏柳172幼苗的根系活力受到一定程度的抑制,但其叶片生理指标无明显变化,在短时间内,苏柳172幼苗对多环芳烃(菲)有良好的抗性.We Studied the physiological characteristics of Salix jiangsuensis CL J-172 under seven different levels of phenanthrene concentration stress, for the materials is Salix jiangsuensis CL J-172 seedlings, which were cultivated in the nutrient solution. The results showed that: (1) Under the phenanthrene stress, salix jiangsuensis the CL J-172 seedlings are growing no apparent change in appearance. At lower phenanthrene concentration treatment, the SOD, chlorophyll, MDA, soluble proteins, proline shows lower activity or content. There is no obvious difference between the seedlings with the higher phenanthrene concentration stress and no phenanthrene stress. (2) With phenanthrene stress become more and more serious, the root vigor of Salix jiangsuensis CL J-172 seedlings decreased significantly. We can concluded that the root vigor of Salix jiangsuensis CL J-172 seedlings but its physiological characteristic seedlings can avoid phenanthrene were negatively influenced by different concentration of phenanthrene stress, of leaves was no obvious change, in a short time, Salix jiangsuensis CL J-172 harlns.
