摘 要:目的探讨威草胶囊对高血脂症大鼠血脂的影响。方法健康成年Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、血脂康组、威草胶囊大剂量组、威草胶囊小剂量组,每组8只。采用高脂饲料饮食造模。造模成功后,各实验组分别给予不同浓度药物灌胃进行干预,对照组和模型组给予同等剂量的生理盐水灌胃。观察不同处理因素对血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、ApoAⅠ、ApoB和Lp(a)的影响。结果高脂饲料饮食2周后,与正常对照组比,模型组、血脂康组、威草胶囊大剂量组、威草胶囊小剂量组的TC、TG、LDL-C均显著升高,HDL-C均显著降低,证明模型成功。给药4周后,血脂康组、威草胶囊大剂量组、威草胶囊小剂量组大鼠的TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lp(a)显著低于模型组,HDL-C、ApoAⅠ显著高于模型组。与血脂康组相比,威草胶囊大剂量组TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lp(a)的水平显著降低,ApoAⅠ、HDL-C的水平显著升高,威草胶囊小剂量组中TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lp(a)和ApoAⅠ的水平与血脂康组之间比较无明显差异,HDL-C的水平明显高于血脂康组。与威草胶囊小剂量组比,威草胶囊大剂量组中TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lp(a)水平显著降低,ApoAⅠ水平显著升高,HDL-C水平无明显差异。结论威草胶囊可明显调节高血脂症大鼠的血脂水平。Objective It is to observe the effect of Weicao capsule on blood fat in rats with hyperlipidemia. Methods 40 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group, model group, Xuezhikang group, low dose group of Weicao capsule, high dose group of Weicao capsule, with 8 rats in each group. Except for the control group, hyper- lipemic rats were induced by high fat diet. After 4 weeks of interventions with drugs, serum levels of triglyceride(TG) , total cholesterol (TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C ), ApoA I , ApoB and lipoprotein - a ( Lp(a) ) were detected. Results After two weeks of high fat diet, the levels of TG,TC, LDL - C in model groups were higher than that of control group, and the level of HDL - C was lower than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05) , suggesting the models were established successfully. After treatment for 4 weeks, the levels of TC, TG, LDL - C, ApoB, Lp(a) in Xuezhikang group, low dose group of Weicao capsule, high dose group of Weicao capsule were reduced and the levels of HDL - C, ApoA I were increased compared with hyperlipidemia model group ( P 〈 0.05). In contrast with Xuezhikang group, the levels of TC, TG, LDL- C, ApoB, Lp(a) in high dose group of Weicao capsule were reduced( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) , while the levels of HDL- C, ApoA I were elevated (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with Xuezhikang group, the levels of TC, TG, LDL - C, ApoB, Lp (a) , ApoA I were comparable (P 〉0.05) except for the higher level of HDL - C (P 〈 0. 05 ) in low dose group of Weicao capsule. When comparison were made between the low and high dose group of weicao cap- sule, the levels of TC,TG , LDL - C , ApoB, Lp (a) were lower in high dose group ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) , while the level of ApoA I was higher ( P 〈 0.01 ) , but there was no significant difference in the level of HDL - C ( P 〉 0.05 ).
