面神经功能计算机评价系统评估周围性面瘫的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析面神经功能计算机评价系统(计算机评价系统)和House-Brackmann分级量表(H-B分级量表)在评估面神经功能损伤程度上是否存在相关性,其相关性是否存在临床意义,以探讨计算机评价系统在临床应用的可行性。方法:对145例周围性面瘫患者在同一时间段分别运用计算机评价系统和H-B分级量表进行评估,将两种评估结果进行统计学处理,分析两种方法的相关性。结果:计算机评价系统与H-B分级量表之间具有较好的相关性。结论:计算机评价系统可作为一种评价周围性面瘫的方法在临床中推广应用。Objective： To analyze the relevance between computer evaluation system for facial nerve function and House - Brackmann （ H - E） grading scale on evaluating the degree of injury of facial nerve function and if the relevance had clinical significance so as to investigate the feasibility of application of computer evaluation sys- tem in clinic. Methods ： 145 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were evaluated by computer evaluation system and H -E grading scale in the same time section differently. The results were analyzed by statistical treatment and the relevance of the two methods were evaluated, compared and analyzed. Results ： There was better relevance between computer evaluation system and House- Brackmann （H -E ） grading scale. Conclusion： Computer evaluation system can be a kind of method to evaluate peripheral facial paralysis and to be applied and generalized in clinic.
