摘  要:目的:通过对轻微型肝性脑病患者血清样本的代谢组学研究,寻找能够表征轻微型肝性脑病的生物标记物。方法:基于代谢组学理论,以液相色谱-质谱为核心技术,Micromass Marker Lynx软件进行色谱峰识别及峰匹配,研究健康人、MHE患者血清中代谢物时量的轨迹变化。结果:健康人和MHE患者的代谢物质有一定的差别,正、负离子模式下PLS分析结果输出Score图,健康人和MHE患者能够很好的区分开。结论:初步辨认MHE患者的内源性生物标记群;并能与健康人区分。Objective: To search the biomarkers which could indicate minimal hepatic encephalopathy through studying the metabolism group of the serum samples from the patients with minimal hepatic encephalopathy. Methods : Based on the theory of metabolism group, the trace on time and quantity of the metabolin of the healthy people and the patients with minimal hepatic encephalopathy were studied with LC - MS as the core technology and by Mi- eromass MarkerLynx software to discern chromatographic peak and match peak. Results: The Metabolic substances of the healthy people and MHE patients had some difference. Under the mode of positive and negative ions PLS analytic results put out Score picture,which could separate the healthy people from MHE patients cracking. Con- clusion : The endogenous biomarkers group of MHE patients can be discerned initially from that of the healthy people.
