乳腺良恶性肿瘤端粒酶的表达以及与p16、C-erbB-2的比较

摘　　要：目的　探讨乳房恶性肿瘤组织中端粒酶的表达 ,端粒酶与肿瘤病理行为及其它癌基因和抑癌基因的关系。方法　应用端粒重复扩增方法 (TRAP)对 5 0例乳房良恶性肿瘤组织、配对癌旁组织及非癌组织进行端粒酶活性测定、p1 6缺失分析及C erbB 2蛋白表达的检测 ,结合临床病理指标进行分析。结果　乳腺癌中端粒酶活性表达 2 0 / 2 5。在乳腺癌中 p1 6基因缺失、C erbB 2蛋白阳性表达同时 ,端粒酶活性表达 9/ 1 0～ 1 7/ 1 9。结论　端粒酶活性和肿瘤的关系密切 ,可作为乳腺癌诊断与预后判断的辅助指标。Objective To study telomerase expression in breast malignant and benign tumors,the relationship between telomerase and pathologic behavior,oncogene or antioncogene.Methods The telomerase activity was determined with telomerase repeat amplification protocol in carcinoma,para cancerous and non cancer tissues in 50 patients with malignant or benign tumors.Combined with pathologic parameters,P16 deficit and C erbB 2 protein expression were analyzed.Results The expression telomerase activity in breast cancer was 20/25.p16 gene deficit,positive expression of C erbB 2 and telomerase activity were 9/10 ～17/19.Conclusion The results suggested that there is a significant relationship between telomerase activity and tumor,and it can be used as diagnostic and prognostic indicator in breast cancer.
