交互牵引和“T”形曲矫正舌倾磨牙的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨交互牵引和T形曲两种方法相结合矫正舌倾磨牙的应用要点和临床效果。方法:本研究选取下颌磨牙舌倾的30名正畸患者,采用交互牵引结合T形曲的方法,并配合直丝弓矫正技术进行矫治。结果:所有患者舌倾磨牙覆合覆盖恢复正常,下颌磨牙间宽度增加,宽度变化有统计学差异(P<0.05),MP-SN平面角变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:交互牵引和T形曲两种方法相结合,可以有效地矫治下颌舌倾磨牙。Objective To explore the clinical effect of using mutual elastics and T - loop for mandibular molar linguoclination. Method Total 30 orthodontic patients with mandibular molar linguoclination were treated with mutual elastics and Tloop, and straight - wire appli- ances were used. Results Overbite and overjet of all patients became normal,the width of mandibular morlars increased,the results showed statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）, there was no statistically significant difference in MPSN variation （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Clinical application of mutual elastics and T - loop could correct mandibular molar linguoclination effectively.
