摘　　要：目的大范围提高本科毕业生和临床初级医师的外科临床技能能力,并完善和规范外科临床技能教学和考核制定出制度和法则。方法通过分析本科生毕业外科临床技能考核存在的弊病现象和原因,寻找到设置三级培训班和课程设置及考核制度的解决新方法。结果与结论以往的外科临床技能学习教和学和考试效果较差,存在着一系列问题,解决的方法是必须设置和规范三级培训制度,才能提高本科毕业生和临床初级医师的外科临床技能能力。Objective To improve the surgical skills of graduates and resident doctors, standardize the system in teaching and examination of surgical skills. Methods By analyzing the defects in examinations and the reasons, the authors tried to seek a new solution to the curriculum-setting and assessment system of the three-level training course. Results and Conclusions The former training course on surgical skills had some problems, which disjointed teaching and learning. Setting and regulating the three-level training system is the solution to improve the surgical skills of graduates and resident doctors.
