摘 要:目的 探讨紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBIO) 对急性脑梗塞患者循环血中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、内皮素(ET) 含量的影响。方法 60 例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为UBIO 综合治疗组与常规治疗组各30 例,采用放免法分别测定两组患者治疗前及治疗20 d 后TNF、ET 含量。结果 UBIO组治疗前TNF、ET 含量分别为(0.98±0 .56)ng/ml、(74 .86 ±25 .72)pg/ml,治疗20 d 后TNF、ET 含量显著下降,分别为(0.61±0.45)ng/ml、(56 .32 ±21.33)pg/ml( P< 0 .01) ,而常规治疗组下降无显著性(P> 0.05) 。结论 UBIO 能从多方面干预TNF、ET 的释放。Objective To explore the effect of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation(UBIO) on tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and endothelin(ET) level of acute cerebral infarction (ACI) patients.Methods 60 cases with ACI were randomly divided into two groups: Group 1 patients (n=30) were treated with UBIO combined with conventional treatment. Group 2(n=30) were only received the conventional treatment as control group. Before UBIO and after 20 days of UBIO.the level of TNF and ET was measured by radioimmunoassay.Results In UBIO group,the TNF level at pre-UBIO and after 20 days of UBIO was respectively (0.98±0.56)ng/ml and (0.61±0.45)ng/ml; the ET level was separately ( 74.86± 25.72)pg/ml and (56.32±21.33)pg/ml.There was significant difference between the pre-UBIO and post-UBIO (P<0.01).While no difference was seen in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that the UBIO can inhibit or reduce the TNF and ET release by various ways to receive a better effect for ACI patients.
