摘  要:通过调研发现,西部农村中小学信息技术教师存在教师数量短缺、专业知识缺乏、教学技能较低、角色定位模糊的现状。文章以"国培计划"——重庆市农村短缺学科教师培训项目为例,对农村中小学信息技术教师进行培训的培训内容、培训模式进行研究与实践,并提出培训中需要注重培训目标个性化、培训内容多元化、培训模式信息化的建议。It is found through investigation and research that there are such problems about IT teachers in the rural western area,such as the shortage of the teachers' number,their lack in professional knowledge,the comparatively low level of their teaching skills and the current situation of their vogue role identification.This paper takes the"National Training Plan" for example,which provides training programs for the teachers of the inferior subject in Chongqing rural area.It studies and practices the training content and model of the IT teachers from the rural middle and primary schools,and suggests that more attention be paid to the personalization of the training objects,the diversification of the training content,and the informationization of the training model.
