摘 要:通过相关因子方法综合研究了卤化银光色玻璃的光色特性与其影响因素之间的相关性 .分析结果显示 :相关因子较好地表征了光色特性与影响因素的相关关系 .在所研究的范围内 ,基础组成中SiO2 ,Al2 O3的含量适量增加有助于改善玻璃的光色特性 ,而B2 O3的作用刚好相反 ,碱与碱土金属氧化物的加入使多数光色参数变差 ;光敏剂中阳离子Au+ ,Ag+ ,Cu2 + 与阴离子Br- ,Cl- 的适量增加十分有益于改善光色特性 ,相对而言 ,Ag+ ,Cu2 + 与Cl- 的影响较小 ;热处理对玻璃的光色特性影响较大 ,较高温度下处理的玻璃有较大的复明指数 ,但使玻璃的变暗度显著变差 .The correlativity between photochromic properties and influencing factors of photochromic glass containing silver halide was studied by correlation factor analysis method. The analysis results show that the correlation factors manifest appropriately the correlativity between photochromic properties and influencing factors. The results also indicate that increasing the contents of SiO 2, Al 2O 3 in the basic components contribute to modification of the photochromic properties, whereas the effect of B 2O 3 is just opposite. And the increase of contents of alkali and alka_line earth metal oxides leads to the degradation of photochromic properties. In a word, increasing structure factor Ψ will degrade the photochromic properties. For the effect of photosensitive agents, Au + and Br - can improve the photochromic properties very greatly, but the effect of Ag +, Cu 2+ and Cl - is comparatively small. The effect of heat treatment is rather great,increasing the temperature of heat treatment makes fading coefficient increase remarkably, however, darkening degree decreases with the increase of heat treatment temperature.
