小剂量奥氮平合并西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量奥氮平合并西酞普兰对老年抑郁症患者的治疗。方法采用随机对照研究,将82例老年抑郁症患者随机分为研究组(用小剂量奥氮平合并西酞普兰治疗)和对照组(单用西酞普兰治疗),共治疗12周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和副反应。结果治疗后,两组HAMD和HAMA评分较治疗前均有显著降低(P<0.01)。治疗后第1、2、4、8、12周,研究组HAMD和HAMA评分均显著低于对照组,且差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应均较少。结论小剂量奥氮平合并西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症疗效优于单用西酞普兰。Objective To investigate the efficacy of lowdose olanzapine combined with citalopram in the treatment of senile depression. Methods 82 case of senile patients were divide into study group with lowdose olanzapine combined with eitalopram and control group with eitalopram for 12 weeks of treatment. They were assessed and analyzed contrastively using Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）, Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） for clinical efficacy and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） for side effects. Results After treatment, the scores of HAMD and HAMA in two groups were both significantly lower than those before treatment. In the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 8th and 12th weekend of treatment, the scores of HAMD and HAMA in study group were significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.01）. No severe side effects were found in two groups. Conclusions A combination of lowdose olanzapine and citalopram has obvious effects in the treatment of senile depression.
