微波热凝技术治疗儿童口腔粘液囊肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察微波热凝技术治疗儿童口腔粘液囊肿治疗的疗效。方法 128例儿童口腔粘液囊肿患者被纳入研究,按入院先后顺序,分为观察组与对照组,每组64例。观察组给予微波治疗,对照组给予手术切除治疗。治疗后随访半年并比较疗效。结果观察组治愈率达96.9%,对照组治愈率述98.4%,两种疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论微波热凝技术在儿童口腔粘液性囊肿的疗效与常规手术治疗接近,且有术中无出血,术后无疼痛水肿的优点,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of microwave coagulation in treatment of children＇s oral mucous cyst. Methods 64 children with oral mucous cysts were included in the study. According to admission order, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （n = 32 cases）. The observation group was given microwave treatment; the control group was given conventional surgical resection. Followup six months after treatment, the efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate of observation group was 96.9%//00 and the control group was 98.4%//00, the difference in efficacy between the two groups was not statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The efficacy of microwave coagulation in treatment of children＇s oral mucous cysts close to conventional surgery, and with no intraoperative bleeding, postoperative pain and edema of the advantages, should be widely applied.
