甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱联合益脑胶囊治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱联合益脑胶囊治疗椎一基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法选择椎一基底动脉供血不足患者100例,分为治疗组和对照组各50例,照组用尼莫地平治疗,治疗组用甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱联合益脑胶囊治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率92%,明显优于对照组总有效率62%(P<0.01)。结论甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱联合益脑胶囊治疗椎一基底动脉供血不足优于单用尼莫地平治疗,值得推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of dihydroergotoxine methanesulfonate combined Yinao capsule in treatment of vertebralbasilar artery insufficiency. Methods 100 patients of vertebralbasilar artery insufficiency were divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given nimodipine, and the treatment group received dihydroergotoxine methanesulfonate and Yinao capsule. The therapeutic effect was compared with each other. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 92%, significantly better than 62%//in the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Dihydroergotoxine methanesulfonate combined Yinao capsule in treatment of vertebralbasilar artery insufficiency is better than that of the nimodipine treatment, which is worthy of promotion.
