摘　　要：本文借鉴西方民航强国的先进经验,阐述通用航空是民航业的两大支柱之一,也是发展运输航空的坚强基石。通过对我国民航业现状的分析,论证我国必须要大力发展通用航空。发展通用航空可以构建合理的行业结构,形成合理的人员培养体系,构建合理的机场体系,加速航空运输网络化的形成。Learning from the advanced experience of western powerful nation of civil aviation,this paper expounds general aviation is one of two pillars of civil aviation industry,is the strong foundation of developing aviation transport.Through the analysis of status of China＇s civil aviation,our country must develop general aviation vigorously.Developing general aviation can construct the rational industry structure,form reasonable personnel training system,build a reasonable airport system,and speed up the formation of air transport network.
