摘　　要：高职教育作为本科教育的必要补充,发展日益壮大,改革也日益深入,但现有的历史经验和社会环境,使高职教育面临着很多问题,主要表现在教材及教学内容上的陈旧化、学生学习的被动化、教学组织的单一化和以教师为核心的灌输教学上,我们可以从这几方面改善,做到整个教学过程社会化、多样化、主动化、互动化,从而有效提高教学效果。As a necessary complement to undergraduate education,vocational education is growing,However,due to the existing historical experience and social environment,vocational education is facing many problems,mainly in the old content of textbooks and teaching,passive learning,single teaching and organization,teacher-core teaching,so we can improve it from these aspects,and achieve the socialization,diversification,initiative and mutual-activity of the whole process of teaching,in order to effectively improve the teaching effect.
