摘　　要：目前,医学院校临床实践教学存在诸多问题,已经影响了学生的教学质量,为了提高医学院校临床实践教学的质量,提高学生的临床思维及技能,应该改变传统临床实践教学模式,尝试在校园网平台下建设虚拟临床实践教学场景。文章着重介绍了影响医学院校大学生实践能力培养的因素以及虚拟环境在临床实践教学过程中的现实意义以及应用价值。At present, the medical college clinical practice teaching exists many problems, which has affected the students＂ quality of teaching in medical colleges, in order to improve the clinical teaching quality, improve the students＂ clinical thinking and skills, should change the traditional teaching pattern of clinical practice, try to construct virtual clinical practice teaching scene in the campus network platform. The article introduces the influencing factors of medical college students practice ability cultivation and practical significance and the application value of virtual environment in the process of clinical practice teaching.
