摘　　要：战略获得执行的前提是清晰地表达和成功地沟通，战略地图的提出提供了一种有效描述战略的动态可视化工具。本文以利兹大学的战略地图为本，以内部因果逻辑为线，分析其战略地图层级、因素间的内在联系和相互影响，探讨由其内在机理引导下的战略管理实施过程。A clear description of the strategy and good communication with the members is the prerequisite for the successful implementation of strategy. To effectively describe the strategy, strategy map is creatively presented as a dynamic visualization tool. Taking the strategic map of Leeds as an example, this paper analyzes the intrinsic links and interactions between the levels and factors, and discusses the implementation of strategic management process which is guided by the inherent mechanism of the strategic map.
