摘　　要：目的 探讨普萘洛尔联合脉冲染料激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床疗效和不良反应.方法 32例血管瘤患儿每日口服普萘洛尔0.5～2.0mg/kg,分3次.瘤体变薄后,改行脉冲染料激光治疗.结果 32例患儿平均疗程6.5个月,平均服药4.4个月,随访5～17个月.治愈7例（21.9%）,显效19例（59.4%）,有效5例（15.6%）,无效1例（3.1%）.结论 普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤近期疗效好,不良反应少.联合脉冲染料激光治疗可减少服药剂量,缩短治疗周期.Objective To explore the efficacy and side effect of propranolol combined with pulsed dye laser in the treatment of infantile hemangioma. Methods Totally 32 patients treated with oral propranolol at 0.5 2.0 mg/kg per day in three divided doses primarily, then switched to be treated with pulsed dye laser when the hemangioma decreased in size. Results In total 32 patients, the mean time of therapy was 6.5 months, and the mean time of propranolol treatment was 4.4 months. After 5 - 17 months follow-up , 7（21.9% ） patients achieved excellent improvement, 19（59.4% ） patients achieved good results, 5 （15.6%） patients had fair outcome, and 1 （ 3.1% ） patient had poor outcome. Conclusion Propranolol appears to be safe, effective in the treatment of infantile hemangioma, combined with pulsed dye laser, it can reduce the dose and course of therapy.
