摘  要:目的 观察婴幼儿血管瘤来源的间充质干细胞是否具有多向分化潜能.方法 应用贴壁筛选法从增生期血管瘤中分离间充质干细胞.将人骨髓中分离的间充质干细胞与切除的儿童包皮中分离的成纤维细胞作为对照.采用特异的诱导培养基,在体外诱导这3种细胞向脂肪细胞、骨细胞和软骨细胞分化.结果 在合适的诱导条件下,血管瘤来源的间充质干细胞和骨髓来源的间充质干细胞均可发生成脂肪、成骨和成软骨分化,而成纤维细胞没有表现出任何分化现象.结论 应用贴壁筛选法从血管瘤分离的间充质干细胞具有多向分化潜能.Objective To observe the pluripotency of hemangioma-derived mesenchymal stem cells (Hem-MSCs). Methods We isolated MSCs from proliferating hemangioma by their selective adhesion to plas- tic culture dishes. MSCs from human bone marrow (hBM-MSCs) and fibroblasts from children's foreskin were used as the controls. Induction of multi-lineage differentiation including adipogenesis, osteogenesis, and chon- drogenesis was performed with appropriate medium. Results Under appropriate condition, adipogenic, osteo- genie, and ehondrogenic differentiations of Hem-MSCs and hBM-MSCs were induced. Fibroblasts didn't display any of the differentiations tested. Conclusion MSCs, with isolated from hemangioma by their selective adhe- sion to plastic dishes, has the potential of muhi-lineage differentiation.
