摘  要:通过测定可生物去除率,研究了单基质下坚木单宁的好氧生物降解性以及葡萄糖和磷脂加脂剂2种共基质材料,对坚木单宁的好氧生物降解性能的影响。结果表明:单一基质时,坚木单宁的可生物去除率与浓度无关;共基质下2种易降解有机物均能促进坚木单宁的生物降解,其促进作用可通过最大可生物去除率增加值(△Emax)、半饱和系数(K)值的不同来反映。坚木单宁的可生物去除率与加入的易降解有机物浓度的关系符合Hill方程。By measuring the bio - removal rate, the aerobic biodegradation of quebracho - tannin with single - substrate, as well as the effect of two kinds of easily degradable organics, namely glucose and phospholipids fatliquor, on the aerobic biodegra- dation of quebracho - tannin with co - substrates were studied. The results show that the bio - removal rate of quebracho - tannin has no relation with its concentration under the single substrate. Both of the two kinds of easily degradable organics could promote the biodegradation of quebracho - tannin, the facilitation effect can be described through the increased value of maximum bio - re- moval rate ( A E~ ) and the concentration of easily degradable organics at which half of increase value of maximum bio - removal rate (K) is obtained. The relationship between the bio - removal rate of quel^racho - tannin and the concentration of easily de- gradable organics .follows the Hill equation.
