摘 要:以硫酸锆作为无铬金属复合鞣剂的替代物,以氨基酸作为皮革胶原的模拟物,选择了酸性氨基酸、碱性氨基酸、中性氨基酸、杂环族氨基酸与硫酸锆反应。当氨基酸与硫酸锆的摩尔比为1:2时,30~40℃的条件下反应5~6h,氨基酸反应完全。通过红外光谱、核磁共振碳谱等分析表明:在pH≈1的条件下,硫酸锆主要与氨基酸中的羧基(—COOH)发生作用,Zr4+与羧基离子(—COO-)之间形成了离子键。Abstract: Zirconium sulfate was used as no chrome metal composite tanning alternative, amino acids was were used as the simulation of leather collagen, the interaction between zirconium sulfate ( Zr( SO4 ) 2· 4H20) and amino acids was studied, inclu- ding acidic amino acids, basic amino acids, neutral amino acids, and heterocyclic amino acids. Amino acids reacted completely under the following conditions, the mole ratio of amino acid and zirconium sulfate is 1:2, the temperature is 30~C to 40~C, the reac- tion time is 5 ~ 6h. The results from IR and NMR indicates that, zirconium sulfate reacts mainly with carboxyl group(-COOH) of amino acids at low pH (pH = 1.0) and they forms electrovalent bond between zirconium ions (Zr4+ ) and the carboxyl anion (-CO0-).
