非小细胞肺癌中Smad4与p53的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的观察Smad4与p53在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中的表达情况,探讨其与NSCLC各种临床病理特征间的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测150例NSCLC组织及60例距离肿瘤10 cm以上的正常肺组织中Smad4与p53的表达情况,并将检测结果与临床病理特点进行综合分析,观察其表达差别。结果 Smad4在NSCLC组织中的阳性率明显低于正常肺组织(P<0.05),而p53在NSCLC组织中的阳性率明显高于正常肺组织(P<0.05)。Smad4的低表达、p53的高表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移、胸膜侵犯及临床分期密切相关(P<0.05);Smad4和p53的表达与NSCLC的预后密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 Smad4在NSCLC组织中的表达下降及p53的表达升高可能与NSCLC的恶性生物学行为相关。术后常规检测Smad4及p53,对判断NSCLC患者的预后有一定的帮助。Purpose To investigate the expression of Smad4 and p53 protein,and observed their significance on clinical pathological characteristic in non-small cell lung carcinoma（NSCLC）.Methods The expression of Smad4 and p53 protein was detected in 150 cases of NSCLC,60 cases of normal lung tissues by immunohistochemistry.Results The lower expression of Smad4,higher expression of p53 was observed in NSCLC（P0.05）.Smad4 and p53 protein expression was related to NSCLC differentiation,lymph node metastasis,pleural invasion and clinical stage（P0.05）.The expression of Smad4 and p53 was correlated with prognosis in NSCLC（P0.05）.Conclusion The abnormal expression of Smad4 and p53 protein may be correlated with malignant biological behavior in NSCLC.The combined detection of Smad4 and p53 may helpful to predict the prognosis in NSCLC.
