摘　　要：目的:研究RECK蛋白和MMP-2在牙周炎中的表达及其相互关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测56例牙周炎患者牙周组织和16例正常牙龈组织中RECK和MMP-2的表达。结果:RECK在16例正常牙龈组织中的阳性表达率100%,而在牙周炎牙龈组织中的阳性表达率为51.8%。MMP-2在正常牙龈组织中的阳性表达率为31.3%,而在牙周炎牙龈组织中的阳性表达率为76.8%。牙周炎中RECK与MMP-2的表达呈负相关(P<0.01,r=-0.300)。结论:RECK可能通过调控MMP-2来影响牙周炎的发生与发展。Objective：To study the expression of RECK （reversion-inducing-cysteine-rich protein with kazal mo- tifs） and MMP-2 （matrix metalloproteinase-2） in the periodontitis, and to investigate their roles and correlation in the car- cinogenesis and development in the periodontitis. Method： The immunohistochenfistry SP method was used to study the ex- pression of RECK and MMP-2 in 56 samples of inflamed periodontal tissues from adult periodontitis patients and 16 sam- ples of periodontal healthy controls. Result：The positive expression rate of RECK in the periodontitis was 51.8 %,which was lower than the rate in normal oral mucosa. While the expression rate of MMP-2 were high （76.8 %） in the periodonti- tis. The expression of RECK was negatively correlated with the expression of MMP-2 （P 〈0.01, r=-0.300）. Conclusion： RECK may play an important role in suppressing the occurrence and development of periodontitis through regulating MMP- 2.
