伴有上颌窦感染的上颌骨前壁骨折愈合的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:对伴有上颌窦感染的上颌骨前壁骨折断端愈合状况进行研究。方法:选5只日本大白兔,双侧上颌骨前壁分别制作骨缺损模型,同时右侧制作上颌窦炎模型做为实验组,左侧为对照组。术后1、2、4、6、8周分别切取骨缺损区,行细菌培养和骨折断端组织学分析。结果:5只大白兔全部健康成活,细菌培养显示各个阶段均有细菌存在,切片中新生组织成分与正常骨愈合成分一致。结论:上颌骨前壁骨折伴有窦腔炎症和少量骨缺损者,骨折处可以顺利愈合。Objective： To study the healing status of the fracture in the infected maxillary sinus. Method： We choose 5 Japanese white rabbits and made bone models on both anterior wall of the maxillary sinus, In the meantime, we made max- illary sinusitis model on the right side. The right side is the experimental group and the left side is the control group.Then bacterial culture and histological analysis were made in week 1,2, 4, 6, 8 respectively postoperative, Result： All of the rab- bits survived.The result of the bacterial culture prove that the bacterial was exist in every stage, and the histological analysis showed the regeneration of new bone in paraffin section is the same as the tissue with normal healing. Conclusion： Bone healing can proceed successfully with a small bone defect of the infected maxillary sinus.
