摘　　要：为了更好培养出高素质、强能力的应用型文化产业管理人才,要在分析现状基础上,从明确教学目标、设置科学合理的课程体系、采取科学有效的教学方法等方面建立文化产业管理专业实践教学体系,提高教师整体教学水平,搭建学生学习实践平台,建立教学质量评价体系,多维度确保实践教学实施,以实践教学为理念开创新的教学模式。In order to cultivate high-quality, strong ability of application-oriented personnel of cultural industry management, we shall analyze the present situation, and establish from the aspects of confirming teaching objectives, setting scientific and rational curriculum, adopting scientific and effective teaching methods, and establishing cultural industries management teaching system, it would help to improve the overall standard of teaching level, to build a practical platform for student, to establish teaching quality evaluation system, to ensure the implementation of multi-dimensional practice teaching, and to create new teaching model on the basis ofpracticing teaching philosophy.
