摘　　要：目的研究乳酸脱氢酶-A亚基(LDH-A)在人胶质瘤中的表达与意义。方法收集67例脑胶质瘤标本(WHOⅡ级25例、Ⅲ级22例、Ⅳ级20例)及10例行内减压术切除的正常脑组织标本,采用免疫组织化学方法研究LDH-A在不同病理级别胶质瘤及正常脑组织中的表达情况。结果在正常脑组织中未见阳性表达,LDH-A阳性表达率在Ⅲ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤中分别为68.2%、75.0%,均显著高于Ⅱ级胶质瘤(32.0%)(P<0.05)。胶质瘤病理级别与LDH-A蛋白表达强度呈正相关(r=0.522,P<0.05)。结论 LDH-A在胶质瘤中高度表达,其阳性表达率及表达强度随着病理级别增加而上升,这提示胶质瘤中存在糖酵解通路的活化。Objective To investigate the expression and its significance of lactate dehydrogenase-A subunit（LDH-A） in human gliomas.Methods Sixty-seven glioma samples were obtained from 25 patients with WHO grade Ⅱ gliomas,22 grade Ⅲ ones and 20 grade Ⅳ ones,and 10 normal brain tissue samples were taken from patients undergoing internal decompression surgery.The expressions of LDH-A in gliomas and normal brain tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results LDH-A positive rates of gliomas grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ were 68.2% and 75.0% respectively,which were significantly higher than that of grade Ⅱ（32.0%）（P 0.05）.No positive expression of LDH-A was observed in the normal brain tissues.The pathological grade was positively correlated with protein expression level of LDH-A（r = 0.522,P 0.05）.Conclusions LDH-A is highly expressed in human gliomas,its positive expression rate and the expression level are increased with increase of glioma grade,suggesting that glycolytic pathway may be activated in glioma.
