摘 要:基于32位微控制器MPC5604开发了双离合器自动变速器(DCT)控制系统。设计了换挡规律,制定了换挡控制策略、起步和换挡过程离合器及同步器执行机构的动作时序。根据DCT的结构特点及功能要求,实现了多任务控制系统,提出了基于表驱动的多任务调度方法。基于xPC560B硬件系统测试平台对所设计DCT控制系统功能进行了验证。结果表明,所开发的控制系统工作可靠,实现了起步、换挡过程的目标控制功能。The control system of dual clutch transmission is designed based on 32-bit Microcontroller MPC5604. The' shifting schedule is established, and the shifting control strategy is put forward. Furthermore, the action sequences of clutch and synchronizer are designed in the launching and shifting process. The multi-task control system is implemented based on the structure characteristics and performance requirement of DCT, and the multi-task schedule method is presented on the basis of the table-driven approach. The function of the control system is verified in the test platform of xPC560B, the results show the system operates reliably, and achieves the control aims of the launching and shifting process.
