摘　　要：实施供应链管理是解决目前中国猪肉质量安全问题的有效途径,合作伙伴间质量安全行为协调是优质猪肉供应链管理的核心。本文提出并论证了优质猪肉供应链中养殖与屠宰加工环节质量安全行为协调的概念与内涵、目标与标志、层次与内容、困难与障碍,从宣传、教育、研究、扶持与监管等方面提出了促进养猪场户与屠宰加工企业质量安全行为协调的对策建议。Supply chain management is an effective approach to the pork quality safety issue in China,and coordination of quality safety behavior of partners is the core of high quality pork supply chain management.In this paper,definition and connotation,goal and signal,structure and content,difficulties and obstacles of the coordination of quality safety behavior in breeding and slaughtering node within high quality pork supply chain are studied.Suggestions are proposed in terms of propaganda,education,research,support and supervision,with a purpose to facilitate the coordination of quality safety behavior of pig f breeders and slaughtering company.
