摘 要:目的探讨基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)和趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)在鼻内翻性乳头状瘤(NIP)中的表达及其在该病发生、发展中的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测41例鼻内翻性乳头状瘤、38例正常鼻腔黏膜(NM)、17例鼻鳞状细胞癌(NSCC)组织中SDF-1和CXCR4的表达。结果 SDF-1和CXCR4在NM、NIP、NSCC中的表达呈递增趋势,两两对比,其差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。SDF-1和CXCR4在NIP中的表达呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论 SDF-1和CXCR4均参与NIP的发生、发展过程,并且二者之间存在反馈调节机制,在NIP的发生、发展过程中起协同作用。[Objective] To research the expression of the Stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1) and Cys-X-Cys receptor-4 (CXCR4) in Nasal inverted papilloma (NIP) and their effect in the occurrence and development of NIP. [Methods] Detected the expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in tissue samples of 41 cases of NIP, 38 cases of normal nasal cavity mucosae (NM) and 17 cases of nasal prickle cell carcinoma (NSCC) using immunohistochemistry meth- ods. [Results] The expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in NM, NIP and NSCC had an increasing tendency and their differences were exceeding significant (P 〈0.05) contrasting each others.The expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in NIP was notable positively correlated(P 〈0.01). [ Conclusion] The result suggested that the SDF-1 and CXCR4 both par- ticipated in genesia and growth of the NIP, there being a feedback regulation mechanism in them and they both jointly contributed to the formation of the NIP.
