摘 要:为了改善聚乳酸材料的降解性能和亲水性能,本文采用直接熔融聚合法利用乙二醇对聚乳酸进行了改性,探讨了催化剂种类和用量、熔融聚合反应时间、反应温度以及投料比对聚合物合成的影响,用特性黏数、FT-IR、DSC等手段对产物进行了表征。结果表明:在单体投料物质的量比n(LA)∶n(EG)为100∶3、催化剂Sn(Otc)2用量为0.5%,温度为170℃、压力为0.095 MPa,熔融聚合8 h的条件下聚合物黏均相对分子质量(Mη)可达16 374,降解性能得到改善,并保持较好的亲水性能。随着投料比中EG的增加,产物特性黏数逐步降低,玻璃化温度(Tg)有降低的趋势。Direct melt polymerization is applied to modify polylactic acid with ethylene glycol with a view to improving its degradability and hydrophillicity.The influences of type and quantity of catalyst,time and temperature of melt polymerization reaction,and feed ratio on the synthesis of the polymer were discussed.The resultant product was characterized with intrinsic viscosity,FT-IR and DSC.The results were as follow: when the mole ratio of LA/EG of 100∶3,and Sn(Otc)2 as catalyst with usage amount of 0.5 wt%,reacting at 170 ℃ and 0.095 MPa for 8 h,the maximum Mη of the product reached 16 374,with degradability and hydrophillicity improved.Increasing the dosage of EG decreased the intrinsic viscosity and glass-transition temperature(Tg) of the product gradually.
