摘　　要：目的探讨microRNA-130a在非小细胞肺癌中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法应用Real-time PCR方法检测100例非小细胞肺癌患者组织标本中microRNA-130a的表达水平,结合临床病理资料进行统计学分析。结果非小细胞肺癌组织中microRNA-130a的表达水平升高,而且其表达与淋巴结转移和临床分期有显著相关性(P<0.05)。此外,microRNA-130a的表达与患者吸烟有显著相关性(P<0.05)。多因素分析发现临床分期、淋巴结转移、microRNA-130a的表达对预后的影响有显著相关性(P<0.01)。结论 microRNA-130a将来可能作为非小细胞肺癌诊断和预后判断的分子标志物。Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA-130a in non-small cell lung cancer and analyze their correlation with clinical parameters.Methods Real-time PCR method was used to examine 100 samples of non-small cell lung cancer.Results The expression of microRNA-130a in non-small cell lung cancer was increased.It＇s expression was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage（P 0.05）.Multivariate analysis showed the prognosis was statistically correlated with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and microRNA-130a expression（P 0.01）.Conclusion microRNA-130a might play an important role in non-small cell lung cancer and thus be the potential gene therapy target for this cancer.
