摘　　要：目的:比较bFGF与rhEGF对人角膜上皮细胞迁移的影响。方法:培养人角膜上皮细胞,取同一代细胞进行实验,随机分为3组,bFGF组、rhEGF组和对照组,采用20μL枪头划痕进行细胞迁徙实验,分别在0、4、9h拍照观察,应用ImageJ软件进行处理分析结果。结果:4h和9h时,rhEGF组与bFGF组较对照组促进角膜上皮细胞未愈合面积百分比小(P<0.01);4h时,rhEGF组(18.78±0.116)%较bFGF组(26.19±0.232)%未愈合面积百分比小(P<0.01);9h时,rhEGF组(8.49±0.340)%较bFGF组(19.24±0.135)%未愈合面积百分比小(P<0.01)。结论:bFGF与rhEGF都能促进人角膜上皮细胞增殖和细胞迁徙,但rhEGF促进人角膜上皮细胞迁徙能力较bFGF强,更有利于眼表创伤愈合。Objective To investigate the effects of bFGF and rhEGF on the migration of human corneal epithelial cells（HCECs）. Methods HCECs were cultured and the same cells were studied, which was randomly divided into three groups： bFGF, rhEGF, and Negative Control. HCECs migration assays were performed in the size of the acellular area was photographed at O, 4 and 9 h after cell scraping and analyzed with the Image J software.Every group has five fixation observation points. Results At 4 hour and 9 hour,the aceUular area percentage in the rhEGF and bFGF group were smaller than Negative Control（P 〈 0.01 ）, which was smaller in the rhEGF group than that in the bFGF group at 4 hour （18.78 ±0.116）%, （26.19 ± 0.232）%, P 〈 0.01, and at 9 hour （8.49 ± 0.340）%, （19.24 ± 0.135）%, P 〈 0.01. Conclusions Both rhEGF and bFGF had a promotive effect on HCECs migration,but rhEGF had a stronger promutive effect on HCECs migration than bFGF,which made for ocular surface wound healing.
