摘　　要：目的:探讨半椎板入路显微手术切除颈椎管内髓外硬膜下肿瘤的临床效果。方法:采用半椎板入路显微手术切除颈椎管内髓外硬膜下肿瘤17例,其中神经鞘瘤12例,神经纤维瘤3例,脊膜瘤2例。结果:17例均完全切除肿瘤。随访6～48个月,无新的神经功能损害及并发症,症状和体征明显改善,未见脊柱畸形,未见肿瘤复发。结论:偏于一侧,位于脊髓的侧面或侧背面生长的颈髓外硬膜下肿瘤,经半椎板入路显微手术切除具有手术创伤小、并发症少,且有利于脊柱的稳定性的优点,是一种好方法。Objective To study the application of hemilaminectomy procedures in the management of intradural-extramedullay tumors of the cervical spinal canal. Methods Seventeen cases of intradural-extramedullary tumors of the cervical spinal canal was treated by hemilaminectomy, including 12 cases of neurinoma, 3 cases of neurofibroma, and 2 cases of meningioma. Results All patients received successful and complete resection of intradural-extramedullary tumors. None of new neurological dysfunction was found in all cases after the operation as well as recurrence or complications at follow-up evaluation （at 6 to 48 months）. Conclusion Hemilaminectomy for the removal of intradural-extramedullary tumors of the cervical spinal canal situated in the unilateral and doral to the cord is a mini-invasive and safe Drocedure. and is beneficial to the stability nf shine_
