摘 要:目的:探讨负性生活事件与公务员生存质量的关系。方法:应用SF-36量表和自制的负性生活事件量表对2695名新疆公务员进行调查。结果:新疆公务员生存质量总分低于60分占18.33%,总均分为(73.16±13.40)分。无、少和多负性事件组的新疆公务员生存质量总分分别为(76.00±12.71)、(71.03±13.23)和(58.47±11.49)分,差异有统计学意义(F=104.215,P=0.000)。负性生活事件得分与生存质量得分呈低度负相关,差异有统计学意义(r=-0.299,P=0.000)。多因素分析显示,失恋(OR=2.318)、离婚(OR=2.767)、家庭经济出现问题(OR=2.086)、丢失贵重财物(OR=2.447)、住房紧张(OR=1.370)、对现职工作不满意(OR=1.946)、上下级关系紧张(OR=2.126)、与同事邻居不和(OR=2.447)和发生事故、意外惊吓、自然灾害(OR=2.889)等9项是影响新疆公务员生存质量的主要因素。结论:新疆公务员生存质量较低,与多种负性生活事件有关,应加强家庭和社会支持提高生存质量。Objective To explore the relationship between negative life events and the quality of life of civil servants in Xinjiang. Methods A total of 2695 civil servants in Xinjiang were investigated with SF-36 scale and self-designed negative life events questionnaire. Results 18.33 % of the investigated civil servants had a low quality of life with a score less than 60, and the total average quality-of-life score was 73.16 ±13.40. The quality-of-life score of civil servants in Xinjiang encountering no, few and many negative events was 76.00 ±12.71, 71.03±13.23 and 58.47 ± 11.49, respectively, with statistical differenee(F = 104.215,P = 0.000). There was a lower negative correlation between the negative life event and the quality-of-life score (r = -0.299, P = 0.000). The multivariate analysis revealed that romance (OR = 2.318), divorce (OR = 2.767), family financial problems(OR - 2.086), loss of valuables (OR = 2.447), housing shortage (OR = 1.370), satisfaction with job (OR = 1.946), tension between colleagues (OR = 2.126), disharmony with neighbors (OR = 2.447) and emergencies (OR = 2.889) were associated with quality of life. Conclusion Low quality of life of civil servants in Xinjiang was associated with romance, divorce, family financial problems, loss of valuables, housing shortage, satisfaction with job, tension between colleagues and disharmony with neighbors.
