摘　　要：在能源社会中,我国煤炭工业城市进入高速发展时期。但是煤炭工业城市社会经济高速发展与城市生态环境承载力之间矛盾也逐渐显现出来。文章首先探讨了城市建筑设计与城市规划的内涵,具体分析了当前煤炭工业城市所面临的环境问题,以及煤炭工业城市建设设计与城市规划的现状,提出了基于煤炭工业的城市建筑设计与城市规划发展原则与措施,从而认为解决生态环境脆弱地区煤炭资源城市的可持续发展是现实可行的。In the energy society, China＇s coal industry in the city and high-speed development period. But the coal industry, the rapid development of urban social and economic capacity and the contradiction between the urban ecological environment is gradually revealed. First, this article of urban architectural design and urban planning content, specific analysis of the current coal industry, the environment faced by the city, as well as coal industry, urban construction, urban design and urban planning in the present situation of coal industry-based design and urban architecture urban planning and development principles and measures, so that the solution of coal resources in environmentally fragile areas of ecological sustainable development of cities is realistic.
