摘 要:目的探讨MTNR1B基因多态性与宁夏汉族2型糖尿病患者体内脂质谱的关系。方法依据病例-对照设计方法,采用全自动生化分析仪等技术检测2型糖尿病患者体内脂质谱;应用PCR-RFLP法对宁夏汉族2型糖尿病患者295例、正常对照239例的MTNR1B rs1387153基因多态性进行分析。结果两组人群的MTNR1B rs1387153 C/T位点基因型和等位基因频率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三种基因型的TG比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.046),T型等位基因的TG水平高于C等位基因。Logistic回归分析显示与2型糖尿病密切相关的独立危险因素依次是TG(P=0.001)和腰围(P=0.027)。结论 MTNR1B rs138715基因多态性与宁夏地区汉族2型糖尿病不具有相关性,但与TG水平相关。Objective To study the relationship between gene polymorphism of MTNR1B and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),particularly with the lipid spectrum of T2DM in Ningxia Han population.Methods An automatic biochemical analyzer was used to determine the lipid spectrum of T2DM according to case-control design methods.The analysis samples include 295 patients of Han people in Ningxia regions were determined by PCR-RFLP and 239 genetic diversity of MTNR1B rs1387153 determined normally.Results There were no significant differences of genotype and allele frequency between the two groups in MTNR1B rs1387153 C/T(P0.05),there was significant difference in genotype TG between three groups and the level of TG of allele T was higher than that of allele C.Logistic regression analysis showed T2DM was closely related to TG(P=0.001) and waist(P=0.027).Conclusions Genetic diversity of MTNR1B rs1387153 is related with T2DM in Han people in Ningxia regions and is also related with the concentration of TG.
