摘  要:目的:应用三维有限元分析不同直径和长度的分体桩核冠修复磨牙后牙根及核桩的应力分布规律,比较分体桩的直径和长度对修复磨牙的影响。方法:应用螺旋CT扫描及医学影像传输与转录技术,建立不同直径和长度的分体桩核冠的上颌第一磨牙三维有限元模型,比较不同载荷下各桩核冠修复磨牙后牙根及核桩的应力分布规律。结果:减少核桩的长度,可以降低牙根及核桩的应力峰值;牙根的应力随着核桩直径的增加而增加,而核桩的应力随其直径的增加而减少。结论:适当减少核桩的长度和直径有利于提高修复体的成功率。Objective: To analyze the stress distribution of root and post-core after different diameters and lengths of split post-core crown molar teeth by using three-dimension (3D) finite element, and study the influence of diameter arid length on the repair teeth. Methods: With spiral CT scans and the techniques of medical image transmission and transcription, maxillary first molar three-dimensional finite element model was established with different diameters and lengths Of split post-core crown. Compare the stress distribution of root and post-core after split post-core crown molar teeth in different loads. Results: Reducing the length of post-core can make the stress peak of root and nuclear stress peak decreased; with the increase of post-core diameter, the stress peak of root will be increased, while stress of post-core will be decreased with its diameter increases. Conclusion: The appropriate reduction in the length and diameter of post-core will improve the success rate of restoration.
