出口贸易模式对碳排放的影响——基于长三角地区的数据分析

摘　　要：选取浙、沪、苏三地2000年～2009年经济数据,对三地出口贸易与碳排放之间的关系进行回归分析,结果显示:出口贸易模式与碳排放量有着密切联系。其中,机电产品出口比重、资本密集型产品出口比重的增加有利于碳排放的减少,而加工贸易比重、外资企业出口比重的提高会增加碳排放量。进而提出优化出口产品结构、完善外商投资准入制度以及提高产业的能源利用效率的建议。This paper uses the economic data of the Zhejiang,Shanghai and Jiangsu regions within the period of 2000—2009 to analyze the relationship between export trade and carbon emissions and it reveals a close relationship between the two.The increase in the proportion of the export of machinery and capital intensive products reduces carbon emissions whereas increased proportion of processing trade and exports from foreign-owned enterprises increases carbon emissions.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations： optimizing the export product structure,improving vetting regulation for foreign investment,and increasing industry energy efficiency.
