摘  要:诊所式法律实践教学模式旨在以引导学生为现实当事人提供法律帮助的形式,训练学生运用法律解决实际问题的技能。文章立足于《知识产权法》课程教学改革实践,将该模式演化为基础性实践教学与真实当事人实践教学两个模块,目的是改革传统教学方式、激发学生探索潜质以及培养学生创新实践能力。文章致力于对诊所式法律实践教学模式的应用性研究过程与结果作系统性的论证、总结,以期在类似课程教学中推广和优化。The clinic-style practical legal education is designed to guide students to provide legal assistance to real parties for the training of using legal skills to solve practical problems.This paper bases on the teaching reform of Intellectual Property Rights Law with two teaching modes of basic practical teaching and real party practice.It aims to reform the traditional teaching methods to stimulate students to explore their potential ability,and to develop their innovative practice.This paper systematically demonstrates and summarizes the applied research process and the results of the clinic-style practical legal teaching mode so as to promote and optimize its use in teaching similar courses.
