摘　　要：首先介绍人才培养工作状态数据分析模型的设计原则,重点阐述鸡西大学人才培养工作状态数据分析模型设计方法、模型平台结构和数据分析方式,最后对高职院校人才培养工作状态数据平台分析模式建设提出几点建议。This paper introduces the design principles of data model used in analyzing the talents cultivation level , and it focuses on the statement of model design method and contents of the model . The paper also put forward some suggestions on the construction of the talents cultivation level data analysis platform in higher vocational colleges.
