摘  要:目的:研究云南松松针挥发油的化学成分,为进一步开发和利用该资源提供科学依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取云南松松针挥发油,经气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析其成分,采用峰面积归一化法测得各组分的相对百分含量。结果:从中鉴定出45个组分,占峰面积的84.14%。结论:云南松松针挥发性成分主要为α-蒎烯(14.74%),脱氢-4-表松香酸(11.67%),2,7-二羟基-3,4,6-三甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲(8.41%),石竹烯(6.91%),乙酸冰片酯(5.63%),D-柠檬烯(4.55%),1,6-杜松二烯(4.16%)等。Objective: To study the chemical components of volatile oil in pine needle of pinus yunnanensis, and provide the scientific basis for exploitation. Method: The volatile oil constituents were extracted by steam distillation from pine needle of pinus yunnanensis, and analyzed by GC - MS. The relative contents of each constituent was calculated using square peaks to normalization. Result: 45 compounds.were identified, accounting for 84. 14% of the total area of the peaks. Conclusion : The main volatile oil constituents in pine needle of pinus yunnanensis were α - pinene ( 14.74% ) , dehydro -4 - epiabietic acid ( 11.67% ) , 2, 7 - di- hydroxy - 3, 4, 6 - trimethoxy - 9, 10 - dihydrophenanthrene ( 8.41% ), caryophylene (6. 91% ), bornyl acetate (5. 63% ), D - limonene (4. 55% ), 1, 6 - cadinadiene (4. 16% ), etc.
