摘 要:[目的]探讨黑荆树提取物对铜绿微囊藻的最适宜抑制浓度。[方法]以黑荆树提取物为抑藻剂,在25℃温度1 800 lux光照条件下进行培养,然后用560 nm的分光光度计和已知浓度的微囊藻样本,绘制标准曲线,之后加入抑藻剂,通过5个实验批次,比较0~10μg/ml抑藻剂浓度范围内,不同抑制剂浓度对微囊藻细胞生长的影响,以确定黑荆树粗提物的抑制作用,同时对不同黑荆树提取物浓度进行了friedman检验。[结果]在6~8μg/ml抑藻剂浓度下,铜绿微囊藻细胞呈现出较低的平均秩,表明在这个范围内,抑藻剂起到了明显的抑制作用。[结论]该研究证实了黑荆树粗体物对铜绿微囊藻具有抑制作用,建议进一步探讨其抑制机理。[ Objective ] The study aimed to discuss the optimum inhibiting conch, for Acacia mearnsii extract to Microcystis aerug/nosa. [ Meth- od ] With A. med~'nsii extract as the algal inhibiting agent, it was cultured under the conditions of 25 ~C and 1 800 lux, and then the 560 nm spectrophotometer and the known concn, of the algae sample were used to draw the standard curve, after then the algal inhibiting agent was add- ed. The effects of the algal inhibiting agent with different conch, on the cell growth ofM. weruginosa were compared in the 0 ~ 10 ix g/ml of al- gal inhibiting agent through 5 experimental batches, so as to confirm the inhibition effects of A. mearnsii extract. The Friedman inspection was al- so made for A. meamsii extract with different concn. [ Result] In 6 -8 ixg,/ml of algal inhibiting agent, M. acruginosa ceils presented a lower average rank, showing that in the cencn, range, the algal inhibiting agent played the apparent inhibition. [ Conclusion] The research confirmed the A. mearnsii extract had the inhibition on M. aeruginosa and some suggestions were put forward to further explore its inhibition mechanism.
