地方农业院校学科建设中存在的问题及对策——以河北农业大学作物学为例

摘　　要：针对地方农业院校学科建设的快速发展,重点论述了学科建设过程中存在的问题,分析了存在问题的原因,提出了利用有限的资金保证学科建设的快速良性发展对策。In view of the fast development of discipline construction in local agricultural colleges and universities, problems exist in the discipline construction process were mainly discussed, and the reasons of subsistent problems were analyzed ,finally, the countermeasures for how to use the limited fund to guarantee the fast and well development of discipline construction under the existing condition were proposed.
