北部湾区域经济视野下生态保护人才培养模式的研究与实践

摘　　要：从人才培养目标、课程体系建设及人才培养的保障体系方面进行了改革,构建"厚基础、宽口径、强能力、高素质、重应用"的人才培养模式。通过增大选修课比例,采取理论与实践相结合,教学与科研相结合等教学形式,凸显应用型人才培养的专业特点,以适应社会对人才的多元化需求,为"绿色"北部湾的建设培养具有强烈的历史使命感和环境保护意识,掌握生态保护知识技能和现代教育技术的生物学教师及生态保护人才。From the reform at the talent training goal, the construction of the curriculum system and the protection system of talent training, the talent training model about ＂a solid foundation, broad caliber, strong ability, high quality, and emphasis on the application＂ will be built. Through increasing the proportion of elective courses, taking the combinations of the theory and practice, combining the teaching and research and so forth, the major specialization of talent training on application was emphasized in order to adapt the social multiple demand to talents, and to train the strong consciousness on historical mission and environment protection in ＂greenness＂ of the north gulf construction, and to master the ecological knowledge techniques, and to train biological teachers and talent of the ecological protection in the modern teaching tech- nology.
