水性环氧树脂与水性胺加聚过程流变行为及性能研究

摘  要:以R/S PLUS黏度计研究了水性环氧树脂/水性胺加聚过程的流变性能,讨论了水性胺(HF或HG)、温度和时间对流变行为的影响.结果表明,HF和HG能有效地与水性环氧树脂产生加聚反应.升高温度,初期30 min的黏度是先降而后快速上升;延长时间黏度先升而后趋于一平衡值.水性环氧树脂、水性胺及加聚产物都是非牛顿流体,其流变行为随温度、时间和剪切速率的变化而变化,且符合Herschel Bulkley和Casson流变模型.并用动态力学热分析和热重分析研究了固化膜的热稳定性.The rheological properties of system with addition-polymerization reaction the waterborne epoxy resin/waterborne amine are studied by using an R/S PLUS rheometer, and the effects of waterborne amine (HF or HG), reaction temperature and time on the rheo- logical behavior are discussed. The results show that both HF and HG waterborne amines could effectively make the addition-polymerization reaction of HF or HG waterborne amine with waterborne epoxy resin take place. With increase of temperature,the viscosity decreases in the first 30 min period and then it goes up fast, the viscosity increases with prolongation of reaction time, and then it tends to be a balance viscosity value. The waterborne epoxy resin, waterborne amines, and the addition-polymerization products are all non-Newtonian fluids. The rheological behavior in the addition-polymerization reaction process changes with the changes of temperature, time and shear velocity, and it could well be described by Her- schel Bulkley and Casson rheological model equations. Thermal stabilities of the cured films are also studied with dynamic mechanical thermal analysis and thermogravity analysis.
